Jules Wilson, human and canine Bowen therapist in Norwich, Norfolk

My passion for the Bowen Technique is rooted in my own personal experiences and the way my health has improved beyond measure since I first discovered this unique form of holistic therapy. Since damaging my shoulder and then suffering a life-changing skiing accident several years ago, I had explored almost every form of therapy, both conventional and alternative, in an attempt to manage my chronic pain.

The Bowen technique was the only therapy to get me pain free and keep me pain free, I was hooked on this amazing therapy!

Having run Norfolk Bowen Therapy, a successful human Bowen therapy clinic for a number of years, in 2021 I commenced my Canine Bowen Technique training with Carole Justice Gray to add to my skills and be able to offer the Bowen technique to man’s best friend.

Having had dogs all my life and often rescued dogs that had sadly suffered abuse at the hands of their previous owners, I am very aware of the need to work with the dog(s) at their own pace, and will never force any technique onto them.

I will only work in collaboration with your Veterinary Surgeon, and I will require you Vet to complete, stamp and sign a form before I am able to offer your dog(s) CBT or MSTR®. Canine Bowen Technique and Canine MSTR® are not a replacement for veterinary care.

I DO NOT diagnose.

I DO NOT prescribe or alter any prescribed medication.

I will NEVER force a technique onto a dog against their wishes.

I am unable to offer any advice outside of my training as a Canine Bowen Technique/MSTR® practitioner (such as diet, nutrition, or behaviour).
